You will have total profit-making responsibility and full creative control to optimize, build, and scale a powerhouse team
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Own the P&L: Take complete control of the branch Income Statement and Balance Sheet. You’ll strategize with the SVP of Operations to smash budgets, maximize cash flow, and drive profitability.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class production and operations crew. You'll instill a culture of safety excellence and a "train your replacement" mindset to build future industry leaders.
- Champion the Client Experience: Cultivate lasting, high-value relationships with key clients, property owners, and local subcontractors to expand our regional footprint.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Leverage cutting-edge technology (Aspire) and industry Best Practices to streamline the branch fleet, maximize field production, and stay lightyears ahead of the local competition.
- Innovate Constantly: Keep your finger on the pulse of regional growth trends and introduce fresh, creative operational ideas to keep Yardmaster at the top.
Who You Are:
- An Experienced Industry Pro: You have a proven track record in commercial landscaping business development, operations, or branch management .
- A Strategic Thinker: You know how to read a financial plan, manage assets, and build short- and long-term action plans that win.
- Tech-Savvy Leader: You are comfortable working with specialized industry software (Aspire) and standard Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Adaptable & Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love the mix of office and outdoor fieldwork, and possess the flexibility to handle seasonal operational shifts.
- An Elite Communicator: You can build instant rapport, negotiate the best terms with vendors, and keep corporate leadership aligned.
