Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shift activities, ensuring smooth operation of food service, retail, and hospitality functions
- Lead team members through training, coaching, and development to uphold service excellence and safety standards
- Manage food preparation processes, including cooking, food handling, and quality control to meet health regulations and customer expectations
- Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and inventory control
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and manage food production to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and scheduling to optimize team productivity and morale
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment that promotes safety and efficiency in all areas of the travel center
Experience
- MUST have 5 years of experience working at Travel Centers/Gas Stations
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Passport, Ruby
- Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively in food safety, customer service, and operational procedures
- Experience in inventory control
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
