What You'll Do
As a Recruiter, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across both our Corporate Support Center and field organization. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping them identify, attract, and hire talented professionals who align with our culture and business goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and social media.
- Conduct phone screens and behavioral interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs across multiple functions.
- Develop compelling job advertisements and support employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and recruiting metrics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting best practices.
- Partner with Human Resources to support successful onboarding of new team members.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is equal parts recruiter, relationship builder, and business partner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting within hospitality, retail, restaurant, franchise, multi-unit, or other service-based organizations preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and talent assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and candidates alike.
Technical Skills
Experience with:
- Applicant Tracking Systems
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Teams
- HRIS systems (Paychex Flex experience is a plus)
