Part-Time Sales & Customer Support Associate
We are a small family-owned used car dealership looking for a dependable, professional part-time team member to assist with customer communication, vehicle showings, and sales paperwork.
This is not a high-pressure commission-only sales environment. We value professionalism, honesty, reliability, and strong customer service over aggressive sales tactics.
We are looking for someone who values stability, responsibility, and a low-drama workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries by phone, text, Facebook Marketplace, and online leads
- Greeting customers and showing vehicles
- Assisting with test drives
- Collecting customer information and required documents
- Preparing basic sales paperwork and maintaining organized deal files
- Helping maintain a clean and professional lot appearance
- Following dealership procedures carefully and consistently
Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional and respectful with customers
- Comfortable using computers, texting, and online systems
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- Calm under pressure and detail-oriented
- Interested in long-term stability rather than high-pressure sales culture
Experience: Previous automotive sales experience is NOT required.
Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, banking, office administration, retail, or similar fields are welcomed.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Strong communication skills
- Stable work history preferred
Position Details:
- Part-time (24 hours per week)
- 3 days per week
- Day shift
- $26–30 per hour depending on experience, reliability, and fit
