About the Role
Think Safe is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations & Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role that supports day-to-day logistics, inventory, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Control, Operations & Logistics
- Perform detailed quality control inspection checks on all outgoing orders
- Prepare shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight)
- Load and unload LTL shipments
- Coordinate shipments using multiple platforms using computer software & PC
Inventory, Assembly, Shipping & Receiving
- Receive incoming goods and process / coordinate any outgoing shipments after proper quality control inspection
- Assist with large order fulfillment (pulling product, staging shipments)
- Perform as-needed high-performance assistance with goods assembly during high demand periods
- Manage supply orders (shipping carton/boxes/tape/other supplies, FedEx/UPS /USPS shipping materials)
Return Goods & Compliance Processes
- Check-in and process returned goods as part of return goods or rebate programs
- Testing returned goods/devices and document functionality (photos/videos)
- Create and maintain spreadsheets tracking goods/inventory by product part no, serial numbers and product types
- Prepare units for shipment to third-party partners
Process Support & Improvement
- Support development of SOPs for recall and compliance processes
- Maintain detailed operational records and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse environments
- A strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment
- Willingness to perform hands-on work and be on your feet all day (including lifting and loading shipments)
- Strong attention to detail, memory, and organizational skills
- Comfort with computers, spreadsheets, and basic PC software systems (bar scanner, shipping systems etc)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus quickly in a fast-paced setting
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
