Must have Caregiver Experience (No exceptions). We specialize in both medical and non-medical home care services, including skilled nursing support and therapeutic care.
Our caregivers are the heart of our organization. Each team member must demonstrate professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and respect while delivering care in our clients’ homes. Caregivers are expected to follow all client-specific care guidelines and agency policies at all times. Any concerns related to a client must be communicated directly to the office—never discussed with the client.
We offer above-average compensation for a Caregiver from India and maintain high standards through rigorous background checks and drug testing to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
Position Summary
Nurturing Nurses HomeCare is currently hiring experienced, part-time Caregivers who are dependable and ready to begin work promptly in the Pineville/Charlotte, NC 28134 area.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, punctual, and able to complete assigned duties without distractions such as personal phone use or texting during work hours. Experience in caregiving and references are required. Reliable transportation is necessary, and having a personal vehicle is preferred.
Starting pay is competitive.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and record vital signs to ensure client health and safety
- Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or developmental disabilities
- Assist clients with daily activities while supporting independence
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals on individualized care plans
- Engage clients in activities that promote emotional and physical well-being
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
- Follow all care plans, agency procedures, and client guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home healthcare or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic health assessments and vital sign monitoring
- Experience with dementia care strongly preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to assist with meal preparation
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must pass background screening and drug testing
