Position Summary:
Proactively identifies and resolves inventory issues before they become customer escalations. Ensures materials that are in the system are in inventory and in the correct location as designated in the Warehouse Management System.

Monitors inventory daily and produces exception reporting on discrepancies.

Investigates inventory sync issues and system-to-system variances on inventory.

Works with cross-departmental resources to escalate and resolve issues.

Executes monthly and cyclical inventory reconciliations.

Conducts root cause analysis of inventory variances and implements corrective actions.

Builds inventory KPI reporting and trend analysis reports as needed.

Provides support for customer audits and internal compliance reviews.

Develops standardized inventory control processes across sites.
- Performs manual research as required to identify discrepancies and creates corrective actions.

Completion of an Associate’s degree from a two-year college or university, or technical school.

Two to five years’ related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with warehouse management systems.

Intermediate to expert Excel skills.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as client requirements, work instructions, and procedures.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Ability to work with and be proficient with Microsoft 365 software, and various other office equipment.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability and knowledge to negotiate with vendors.
