Noir Bistrot is currently seeking an energetic, outgoing, and professional Bartender / Hospitality Team Member to join our team in Mandeville, Louisiana.
Noir Bistrot is a high-quality cocktail bar known for its elegant atmosphere, expertly crafted cocktails, and genuinely friendly staff. Our guests have come to expect exceptional hospitality in a refined yet welcoming environment, and we are committed to keeping it that way.
This is a hybrid role that includes bartending responsibilities along with occasional food preparation and kitchen support during busy service periods. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar area
Assist with light cooking and food preparation when needed
Support front- and back-of-house operations during peak business periods
Help maintain Noir Bistrot's high standards for service, quality, and professionalism
Qualifications
Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Bartending experience preferred, but hospitality-minded candidates are encouraged to apply
