Whether you're an experienced caregiver or just starting your healthcare career, we'd love to meet you!
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting each resident's independence.
- Help residents with mobility, meals, and daily routines.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Work as part of a supportive team to create a safe, welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- STNA certification preferred, but not required.
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.
