MANUFACTURING OPERATOR – 3rd Shift – DIRECT HIRE

We’re hiring a Manufacturing Operator to join our family-oriented team! This position involves running heavy machines to cut steel, handling materials up to 75 lbs., and producing quality metal parts. This is a direct-hire position!
Requirements:
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience (lathes, mills, or machine operation preferred)
- MUST HAVE experience in one or more of the following areas:
- DOUBLECUT/TAPER
- GRIND/STAMP
- MILL/POLISH
- FINISHING/MAG
- STRAIGHTEING/HARDNESS TESTING
- PAINT LINE
- Manufacturing and forklift experience
- Strong math & measurement skills
- High school diploma or GED
