Ramen Ramen in Sayville is seeking prompt, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Kitchen Helpers / Prep Cooks. We specialize in high-quality fusion takeout and are looking for team members to assist with food preparation, basic cooking, and general kitchen cleanup.
No experience? No problem—we will train the right candidate!
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook simple menu items, including soups, salads, and side dishes.
- Assist with food prep, ingredient handling, and assembling takeout orders.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen and workstation.
- Perform routine kitchen cleaning tasks, dishwashing, and waste disposal.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quick and efficient service during peak store hours.
Schedule & Availability
- Flexible scheduling options available:
- Lunch Shift: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Dinner Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Full-Day Shifts available for full-time positions
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and highly reliable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Basic cooking or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
