As a Lead Software Engineer on the Store Item and Inventory Management Systems (SIIMS) team, you will partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, debug, and support the delivery of technical solutions on web and mobile platforms. The SIIMS team supports the following business processes for Retail store associates: adjustments, counts, in-store transfers, store-to-store transfers. SIIMS also manages item’s data, store price overrides, and price & promotion data.
Location: Hybrid (Lakeland, FL): To support our hybrid work model, candidates must reside, or be willing to relocate, within a commutable distance of Lakeland, FL.

Your Impact:
- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to design, develop, support, and review complex technical solutions across the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to drive technical design decisions for scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Refine and prioritize team backlogs, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) workloads, resolving performance, infrastructure, and deployment issues with DevOps teams.
- Serve as a senior technical mentor, conducting code reviews, analyzing defects, and guiding solution design best practices.
- Partner with BSAs, QA, and engineering teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-quality software solutions.
- Provide strategic technical guidance to leadership, influencing architecture, tooling, and development practices.
