What You'll Do
As our Human Resources Coordinator, you'll partner with the HR Manager to support employees throughout their employment journey while helping ensure our HR processes are organized, responsive, and efficient.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate recruiting activities, interviews, and candidate communications
- Prepare offers, onboarding documentation, and new hire orientation
- Maintain employee records and HRIS information
- Support benefits administration and employee leave processes
- Respond to employee questions with professionalism and excellent customer service
- Coordinate meetings, training, employee recognition activities, and HR communications
- Maintain office pantry supplies and contribute to a welcoming workplace environment
- Manage our LinkedIn presence and help showcase our company culture and employee engagement activities
- Maintain and update the Eldridge location webpage
- Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or Human Resources experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP WorkforceNow) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $22.50-$26.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
