We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) to join our Child & Adolescent Services team. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team-including prescribers, nurses, case managers, and community resource providers-to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized recovery plans
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT and CPT techniques
- Coordinate care with other clinical service providers and community supports
- Deliver crisis services during regular business hours
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation of client progress and clinical activities
- Analyze clinical needs and social situations, identify challenges, and propose effective interventions
- Demonstrate cultural competence and clear communication with clients, families and team members
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field (Required)
Licensure:
- Must hold current licensure in the state of Texas as one of the following: LPHA, LPC, LCSW, LMFT or Ph.D. (Required)
- Will consider candidates with a license as a LPC Associate, LMFT Associate, or a LMSW under supervision for clinical licensure
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility, creativity, and resourcefulness in clinical problem-solving
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Proof of personal auto liability insurance as required by the state of Texas
- Knowledge of DSM-V, psychotropic medications, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting
Salary: $67,200/annually
