The Collection Specialist position is responsible for actively pursuing back payments due from our existing members for their gym and Personal training memberships. An average of 150 outbound calls are required each day and you will be provided with the names and phone numbers. You will be required to utilize computer programs to update accounts and filter the leads. All Employees of LA Fitness will represent LA Fitness in a professional manner at all times.
To qualify for employment as an LA Fitness Collection Specialist, you must be able to maintain a 5 day, 40 hour work week. Hours are from 6:30 AM to 3:00PM M-F. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Experience is helpful but not necessary. A background check will be required before hiring. Starting wage $18.00 per hour.
