This isn’t a typical office job—you’ll be meeting investors, attending networking events, building referral partnerships, and learning how real estate deals actually get done.
You’ll work directly with experienced real estate professionals with over 30 years of combined real estate experience, gaining hands-on exposure to investment properties, private capital, fix-and-flips, new construction projects, creative financing, and relationship-based business development.

What You’ll Do
Your primary responsibility is to build relationships with real estate investors and referral partners while helping connect qualified clients with financing solutions for their investment projects.
Responsibilities include:
* Attend multiple real estate networking events each week
* Build relationships with real estate investors, fix-and-flip operators, builders, developers, and industry professionals
* Introduce Utah Peak Home Solutions’ financing solutions to prospective clients and referral partners
* Collect contact information and qualify prospective clients
* Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and LinkedIn
* Visit real estate brokerages, title companies, mortgage offices, contractors, and other real estate-related businesses
* Develop and maintain referral partnerships throughout Utah
* Distribute business cards, flyers, and other marketing materials
* Place and maintain local marketing materials when needed
* Schedule meetings with prospective clients and referral partners
* Maintain accurate notes and update lead information in the CRM
* Represent Utah Peak Home Solutions professionally at all times

Compensation
Hourly Pay + Performance-Based Commission
This position offers a competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission.
You’ll earn performance-based commissions for helping generate new business and contributing to the company’s growth. Your earning potential increases with your results, and there is no cap on what you can earn.
