Job Overview
The Roofing and Siding Repair Technician and Project Manager is responsible for diagnosing and repairing all roofing and siding types (Shingle, EDPM, TPO, and metal roofing along with siding types). We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety minded, and professional with customers. Your primary responsibility is to represent Apply Rite Roofing with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity providing our customers with the highest level of customer service.
The Roofing and Siding Repair Technician and PM will play a crucial role in ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, consistently prioritizing safety. This position will also assist the Lead Project Manager in helping manage both residential and commercial roofing projects. Satisfaction comes from providing peace of mind to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform all roof and siding repairs to all residential and commercial properties (all leaks, flashings, penetrations, and storm damage).
- Conduct roofing and siding inspections and document findings with photos/notes
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards, using ladders and fall protection
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Coordinates with Project Manager and office staff completing work orders accurately
- Update all information to our CRM system
- Assist in the project management of residential and commercial projects under the leadership of the Lead Project Manager.
- Be in constant communication with Lead Project Manager
- Assist with occasional emergency and storm response
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with all roofing and siding types
- Valid driver's license (will be provided with company vehicle)
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Comfortable working at heights, able to lift 50+ pounds
- Skilled with roofing and siding tools, flashings and basic carpentry
- Strong work ethic, punctual and customer focused
