We’re seeking a hands-on, reliable individual who isn’t afraid to get dirty and enjoys physical, outdoor work. This role involves assisting with the repair and reinforcement of home foundations, taking accurate measurements, and completing tasks that may require entering crawl spaces and tight areas under houses.
Responsibilities
- Assist with structural and foundation repairs on residential homes
- Take precise measurements in crawl spaces or under-home areas
- Support team members in lifting, stabilizing, or reinforcing home structures
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
Qualifications
- Must be comfortable working in crawl spaces and dusty or muddy conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
- Dependable, team-oriented, and punctual
- Previous construction or general labor experience
- Reliable transportation to and from the Douglasville area
