The Regional Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our continued growth and success. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role supports the sales team by managing inbound leads, coordinating sales activities, and in tandem imaging and posting trucks for sale. The Regional Sales Coordinator will help ensure a seamless customer experience from the initial inquiry through handoff to the Sales Team, while also assisting with the coordination of truck delivery and customer pickup following the sale. This position serves as a key link between customers, the sales team, and internal operations, helping keep the sales process organized, responsive and moving forward. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound leads across multiple platforms (website, email, phone, and third-party sources) in a timely and professional manner
- Qualify, route, and track leads within CRM (HubSpot) to support sales pipeline efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in CRM systems
- Image and post trucks for sale across multiple platforms, including moving and positioning trucks throughout the lot as needed to capture high-quality photos and ensure they properly meet quality standards
- Maintain listings throughout their lifecycle, from initial posting through renewal and removal
- Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, scheduling, and deal coordination
- Monitor and follow up on open opportunities to help drive deal progression
- Provide support to Branch Manager for facilitation of delivery and/or pickup of inventory
- Deliver excellent customer service by acting as a responsive and reliable point of contact
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer journey
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods, with occasional walking, standing, bending, and lifting to 50 pounds
- Manage occasional exposure to a busy and noisy shop environment
- Valid Driver’s License is required
- Ability to take digital photos and videos of trucks while following established imaging and brand standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication and follow-through
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Customer Service, or a similar role
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Experience managing inbound leads across multiple channels
- Experience using CRM systems, SaaS platforms, online marketplaces, and digital sales/listing platforms
- Experience in commercial trucking, heavy equipment, or a related industry is a plus
- Previous experience with vehicle or equipment photography, inventory management, or online listings is a plus

- Job Type: Full-Time, Salary Exempt

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
