What You’ll Need to Provide
Independent technician partners must have their own:
- Reliable mobile repair vehicle
- Auto body repair tools and equipment
- Paint equipment and supplies
- Paint, primers, clear coat, and related refinishing materials
- Safety equipment and protective gear
- Smartphone or compatible device for accessing our scheduling system
- Business insurance and any legally required licenses or permits
- Any additional materials needed to complete repairs professionally
What You’ll Be Repairing
Our mobile technicians commonly repair:
- Bumpers
- Fenders
- Doors
- Dents and minor body damage
- Scratches and scuffs
- Cracks and punctures
- Paint and clear coat damage
- Other minor collision damage based on the technician’s experience

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Has at least two years of auto body repair experience
- Has at least two years of automotive painting experience
- Has previous mobile auto body repair experience
- Owns a properly equipped mobile repair vehicle
- Has the tools, paint equipment, materials, and supplies needed to complete repairs
- Produces clean, professional, high-quality work
- Understands preparation, blending, color matching, painting, and refinishing
- Communicates professionally with customers
- Is dependable, organized, and comfortable managing a mobile schedule
- Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Can work independently while representing the Bumper Buddies brand professionally
- Wants consistent opportunities and a long-term partnership
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
