Position Overview: We seek an exceptional candidate to head our Email Marketing & Blast Division in the Dallas office. You will work alongside an outstanding coordinator and partner to drive our prolific email marketing campaigns within the BIGLAW community.
Responsibilities:
- Manage email marketing campaigns targeting lawyers based on client hiring needs.
- Create and curate contact lists using our extensive database of lawyers.
- Send mass emails daily and monitor response statistics for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Research & Marketing team to ensure targeted marketing efforts.
- Follow market trends, track partner moves, and monitor successful campaigns for future reference.
- Adapt to evolving technology and strive for higher response and read rates.
Ideal Candidate:
- Positive, strategic, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient with technology, able to work closely with the Director of IT, managers, and CEO.
- Extremely persistent and focused.
- Enjoys constructive feedback and is committed to improving their work.
Ideal Experience:
- Email marketing experience or a strong interest in law.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as SendGrid and Salesforce.
- Recent college graduates with an interest in law are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- Degree from a reputable 4-year college with a GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Typing speed of 65+ WPM with high accuracy in spelling and grammar.
- Meticulous about accuracy, highly organized, and structured.
- Strong work ethic, team player, and enjoys constructive feedback.
