What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers to discuss cell phone and internet service options
- Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly and professionally
- Build positive customer relationships and deliver a great experience
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Accurately document interactions and outcomes
- Attend paid training and team meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
