What you will be doing
- Start at the station on time in the morning, inspect the vehicles and prepare packages for delivery.
- Drive/operate delivery vehicles safely, deliver & pickup packages to/from both residence and commercial locations.
- Interact with FedEx customers and create an excellent customer experience.
- Daily mileage around 200 miles +/-.
What you will need
- Must for 21 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass TSA clearance for the position.
- Must have a valid WA driver's license and have clean/great driving records
- Must be able to clear drug screen test and background test.
- Comfortable & confident on driving in all weather situations
- Must have good work attendance, be reliable and punctual
- Have a positive attitude, self motivated, and detail oriented
- Be able to lift up to 150 pound
- Be professional, care about safety, and excellent customer service
- Follow mapped delivery routes, obey all applicable traffic laws and all safety rules.
- Always open mind to learn and improve.
- Vehicle/mechanical knowledge a PLUS.
- Leadership skill is a PLUS.
