Why Pink Pest Solutions?
We're not a giant corporation, and we don't pretend to be.
Pink Pest Solutions is a fast-growing, local family-owned pest control company serving KC. We opened less than two years ago and are still proudly operating out of our garage as we build something we're incredibly proud of. Every month brings new customers, new ideas, and new opportunities.
This isn't a job where you'll be employee #300. You'll be joining a small team where your work matters, your ideas are heard, and you'll have a genuine opportunity to grow as the company grows.
Our owner is an Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) with nearly a decade of industry leadership experience, so you'll receive hands-on training and learn the science behind pest control - not just how to spray. We believe in doing things the right way, delivering exceptional customer service, and building a company people are proud to work for.
If you're looking for a place where you'll simply follow the same routine every day, we may not be the right fit.
But if you'd like to help build a company from the ground up, and have your hard work directly influence your future opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do

- Occasionally participate in fun marketing and social media content.
- Perform residential and commercial pest control services.
- Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest issues and determine treatment.
- Educate customers about pest prevention and answer questions with confidence and professionalism
- Complete service documentation accurately using a mobile device
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment
- Help keep equipment clean, organized, and ready for service
This Job Is For You If...

- You enjoy working outdoors and staying physically active.
- You don't mind making the occasional appearance in one of our goofy social media videos.
- You like solving problems instead of doing the exact same thing every day.
- You genuinely enjoy helping people.
- You're dependable, self-motivated, and don't need someone looking over your shoulder.
- You enjoy learning. We'll teach you everything you've ever wanted to know about bugs, pest biology, and how to solve problems that other companies can't. The learning never ends - we stay up-to-date on industry changes.
