Responsibilities:
- Assist optometrist in providing patient care during eye exams and procedures
- Perform preliminary tests and gather patient history
- Administer diagnostic tests such as tonometry and retinal imaging
- Assist with contact lens fittings and instructions
Experience:
- Previous experience as an optometric technician or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to eye care
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, optometrists, and other staff members
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage inventory
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
