We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our Tenants, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding security protocols.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the premises.
- Maintain readiness for emergency situations.
- Document incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences in detailed reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement during investigations or emergencies.
- Manage conflicts effectively, employing conflict resolution techniques as required.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or security breaches.
Qualifications Required:
- Certification in security or law enforcement training.
- Level 1 or 2 License.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies.
- Experience in conflict management and de-escalation tactics.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm
