We are expanding our online presence and seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant & E-Commerce Coordinator to support our digital marketing, website management, and customer engagement efforts.
Position Summary
The Marketing Assistant & E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining our website, managing online product listings, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and helping generate sales leads through online channels. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys marketing, technology, customer service, and business development.
ResponsibilitiesWebsite & E-Commerce Management
- Maintain and update the company website.
- Create and manage product listings for HVAC duct products and accessories.
- Upload products, images, specifications, and pricing to online sales platforms.
- Monitor website content and ensure information remains current and accurate.
Digital Marketing & Online Advertising
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile.
- Assist with Google Ads, Amazon, Lowe's Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, and other online advertising campaigns.
- Support local SEO efforts to improve online visibility and search rankings.
- Create and publish marketing content, promotions, and company updates.
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Respond to customer inquiries received through the website, email, and online platforms.
- Follow up with online leads and assist in converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Send product catalogs, brochures, and pricing information to prospective customers.
- Re-engage inactive customers through email and phone outreach.
Email Marketing & CRM Management
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer mailing lists.
- Distribute company announcements, product updates, and promotional offers.
- Track customer interactions and maintain CRM records.
- Update customer information, sales activities, quotations, and follow-up status.
Administrative & Marketing Support
- Assist the Business Development team with lead tracking and customer research.
- Prepare marketing materials and sales support documents.
- Help coordinate referral programs and customer loyalty initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with website management, digital marketing, or e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Google Ads, SEO, social media, or email marketing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, HVAC, or industrial products is a plus.
