Contract Business Development Representative – Language Access Services
Bond Enterprise Language Services is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Contract Business Development Representative to help us connect organizations with reliable, professional language access solutions.
BELS provides interpreting, translation, transcription, localization, and multilingual communication support for healthcare providers, schools, law firms, public agencies, nonprofits, and businesses. We support 300+ languages through in-person, video, phone, and document-based services.
This opportunity is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and helping organizations solve real communication challenges.
What You’ll Do
Identify prospective clients and public bidding opportunities
Build relationships with decision-makers and key contacts
Schedule qualified sales meetings
Introduce BELS’ interpreting, translation, and language access services
Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
Track outreach, leads, and pipeline activity
Represent BELS with professionalism, accuracy, and integrity
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, professional, and comfortable with outreach. The right person understands how to build trust, follow up consistently, and communicate value clearly.
Experience in B2B sales, business development, healthcare, education, legal services, government/vendor sales, staffing, or professional services is strongly preferred.
