What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor gas compressor facilities daily, ensuring optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety standards.
- Handle on-call duties and operate company vehicles to travel to different locations.
- Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Keep precise records of facility operations and communicate effectively with team members.
- Collaborate with foremen, mechanics, lease operators, and contractors to support operational excellence.
- Take on special projects and other duties as assigned, continually expanding your skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of mechanical or oilfield-related experience preferred.
- Prior experience with compressor gas lift operations is a plus.
- Experience with CAT 3500, 3600, and Ariel compressors highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to assist in repairs and troubleshooting.
- Valid vehicle operator’s license with a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with compressor systems in oilfield or gas lift operations.
- Familiarity with oilfield safety protocols and procedures.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of hands-on mechanical or oilfield experience, especially in compressor operations.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to operate a company vehicle and handle on-call responsibilities.
