Senior Water Restoration Estimator
$25 hourly + Performance Bonus - Salary based on experience

We are looking for a powerhouse Water Restoration Estimator who knows Xactimate inside and out and understands that estimating isn't just about writing scopes—it's about driving profitability, supporting production, and getting every dollar earned collected.
This is a key leadership role within our Water Restoration division. You will report directly to the Water Director and work closely with production crews, project managers, office staff, sales, and collections to ensure jobs are properly estimated, executed efficiently, supplemented when necessary, and paid in full.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Prepare accurate, detailed Xactimate estimates for residential and commercial losses.
- Meet customers on-site to inspect damages and scope projects.
- Identify missed opportunities and maximize legitimate claim value.
- Work closely with production crews to ensure estimates accurately reflect the work required.
- Write supplements and negotiate with insurance adjusters.
- Quickly respond to production changes to keep jobs moving.
- Partner with the Water Director and production team to maximize job profitability.
- Work directly with collections to resolve documentation issues and help accelerate payment.
- Ensure every job file is complete, accurate, and insurance-ready.
- Monitor estimate accuracy, gross profit, and job performance.
- Help improve estimating processes and mentor others as needed.

- Extensive Xactimate experience.
- Proven water restoration estimating experience.
- Strong understanding of insurance restoration and carrier guidelines.
- Experience writing supplements and negotiating with insurance adjusters.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with production crews and field leadership.
- Financial mindset with an understanding of margins, profitability, and job costing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sense of urgency and exceptional follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
