We are seeking New Graduate Registered Nurses to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team in Florida. This role offers a supportive environment, hands-on clinical experience, and mentorship to help you grow into a confident and skilled RN.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
- Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active or pending Florida RN license
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
