Auto Dealership – Sales Manager
Compensation: Small Base Salary ($36k) plus mainly Commission, Current Average Annual Compensation, $130, 000 to $160,000, which is 25% higher than industry average.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 5 Years Auto Sales Management
2. Managed Sales Team Selling a total of 100 units per month or higher
3. Proven Track Record of Recruiting and Training Top Performing Sales Representatives
4. Capable of using today’s technology with software and apps in the Auto Industry
5. Ok with working every Saturday.
6. Your Days off will be One Weekeday (Tues, Wed or Thur) and Sunday for a total of 2 days off, work 5. You will be expected to be the first one there before 9am each day you are working and the last one to leave, 6 pm or later depending if we have customers at closing.
8. Experienced with Managing Call Center functions with the sales team. We monitor the and the Sales Team number of outbound calls, text and emails, live calls, recorded calls. They are required to achieve daily numbers in the areas and need someone that is experienced doing this at a Auto Dealership or Sales Team.
We are a very successful auto dealership in the Denver Metro area. I will disclose our name after we talk live. We currently average 100 vehicles a month and look to grow this to 120 vehicles per month, while also increasing back-end sales. We do not have a slow time of the year as our auto dealership has a unique business model to keep our sales very consistent month to month, unlike other auto dealers sales have large peaks and valleys throughout the year.
We pay an average of 25% higher than most Auto dealerships this size, so do not mind rewarding for a top performer. We are more of a high value proposition dealer than a high-pressure sales model. We have a very high advertising budget, price our vehicles more aggressively and produce many On Line Leads and Walk-ins daily. We are looking for a Sales Manager to recruit, train and manage a sales team to have more of a product knowledge sales focus with our vehicle offering and the back-end value add on products. Need more of a Seasoned Coach to Train, Monitor and Hold the 5 Person Sales Team Accountable to their Daily Goals.
