Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in patient admissions, discharges, and care coordination.
- Maintain medication records and ensure proper handling of controlled substances.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR Certification.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, long-term care, or community health is a plus.
Pay: Up to $59.00 per hour
