Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Construction Delivery Driver, where you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers' project sites supplied and running smoothly. This hands-on position combines skilled flatbed and trailer driving with active yard and warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for gathering equipment orders, staging loads, and safely delivering key construction materials directly to customer job sites.

- Order Staging & Cargo Handling: Gather tools, scaffolding, accessories, and materials. Palletize, bundle, load, and secure equipment onto trucks and trailers using chains, straps, and load binders.
- Hands-On Delivery & Labor: Perform physical loading and hands-on unloading at customer jobsites, including heavy lifting of up to 75 lbs on a regular basis.
- Customer Service & Delivery: Serve as the primary face of our company at delivery locations, providing professional customer service, coordinating directly with site managers, and placing materials safely in designated areas.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, customer sign-offs, and load manifests.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections on flatbeds, trailers, and specialized equipment; report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Safety First: Strict adherence to DOT regulations, load-securing standards, site safety protocols, and company policies at all times.

- Warehouse & Staging: Hands-on experience gathering tools, scaffolding, and construction accessories, along with palletizing and prepping orders for transport.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, continuous heavy lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions during both loading and jobsite deliveries.
