Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to work privately for families as independent contractors.
Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Monitor and record vital signs, health status, and any changes in the client's condition.
- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on dietary requirements.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Support clients with mobility needs using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary.
- Provide specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications
- 10 years previous experience in home health care, assisted living, or long-term care settings is preferred.
- CNA is highly desirable
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and vital signs assessment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
