Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests promptly while ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist in cleaning and bussing tables efficiently to maintain a tidy dining area.
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining rooms, restrooms, and kitchen spaces.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accuracy of orders.
- Handle food safely and adhere to health regulations regarding food handling.
- Assist with catering events as required, providing excellent customer service throughout.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in cleaning and bussing within a restaurant or hotel setting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
