The Data Quality Analyst will help support reliable data quality across our Global Care Centers (GCC), both internally and with external Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager, this role will audit, update, and append raw data from various sources, to make sure it is accurate and trustworthy. This position will conduct regular routine data audits of raw data to prepare it for consumption by various internal and external end users. They will also check BI reports to identify disparities and engage reporting teams towards resolution. This position may also generate ad-hoc reports, as needed.
Position Responsibilities:
- Preparing, updating, and appending data, ensuring that it is accurate, timely and complete.
- Conducting continuous audits of data with a focus on analyzing data to make sure it is ready for end users.
- Working and completing tickets that are submitted for the GCC Analytics and Reporting group.
- Monitoring database integrity and functionality using analysis tools including SQL queries and Excel.
- Generating reporting and analysis on demand as needed.
- Joining data from multiple disparate sources including internal and external, vendor and departmental sources and systems.
