Duties
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring every shopper feels appreciated and well-assisted
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential
- Supervise daily store operations including merchandising, stocking, and maintaining an organized sales floor
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts processing
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging informed purchasing decisions
- Oversee stock levels, assist with inventory management, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Support team members through supervising tasks such as cashiering, merchandising, and customer service to foster a collaborative environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales with supervisory or leadership responsibilities preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual settings if applicable
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts
- Basic math skills necessary for cash register operations and inventory counts
