Location: Austin, TX
Start Date: July 20
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Hours: 8–10 hour shifts
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (DOE)

Trade Management is seeking four reliable Buck Hoist Operators to support a large commercial construction project in Austin. Two operators will be assigned to each of two buildings equipped with single-cab buck hoists. Operators will be responsible for safely transporting personnel and materials throughout the workday while maintaining clear communication with field personnel.
Operate buck hoist safely and efficiently throughout the shift
Transport workers, tools, and construction materials between floors
Perform daily pre-operation inspections and report any equipment issues
Maintain communication with field supervisors and jobsite personnel
Follow all OSHA regulations and jobsite safety requirements
Keep work area clean and organized
Assist with additional duties as directed when hoist activity is slow
Previous experience operating a construction buck hoist preferred
Ability to work safely in an active commercial construction environment
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Strong communication and teamwork skills (Preferred Bi-Lingual)
Ability to stand, climb, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must wear required PPE at all times
