Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service.
- Manage schedules, shift assignments, and staff performance.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Control costs through efficient labor and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with ownership and chefs on menu planning and promotions.
- Maintain financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
- Experience with staff scheduling, inventory, and POS systems.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
