What you'll bring:
- Current social work license for Colorado
- CDE certification required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong background in conducting assessments and evaluations
- Comfort working with diverse student populations

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing social work services onsite in an elementary setting
- Managing a caseload of students and supporting individualized education program (IEP) meetings
- Collaborating with the special education team to develop goals
- Completing timely assessments and evaluations
- Supporting and advocating for student needs within the SSN and AN Centers
- Maintaining accurate documentation of services and progress
- Participating in school initiatives and professional development
