Duties
- Operate and maintain large-format printers, digital presses, and screen printing equipment to produce high-quality print materials.
- Interpret production documents, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate execution of print projects.
- Manage color management processes to achieve consistent and vibrant color reproduction across various media.
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to prepare artwork for printing.
- Perform machine setup, File preflight, calibration, and adjustments for optimal print quality and efficiency.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Execute finishing tasks including cutting, paper binding, layout design, and other post-press operations to complete final products.
- Interpret prepress software files and prepare digital files for production runs with precision.
- Handle Phone calls, texts, emails and POS system.
Requirements
- Strong Computer literacy and ability to learn.
- Proven experience operating large-format printers, digital printing presses, or screen printing machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and adjust equipment efficiently.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Knowledge of color management techniques and print advertising standards.
- Ability to interpret complex production documents and technical specifications accurately.
- Familiarity with layout design, typography, and finishing techniques such as cutting and paper binding.
- Technical proficiency in press operation, industrial equipment adjustment, digital printing technology, and quality control procedures.
- Physical ability to handle materials safely use other lifting equipment when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality printed products efficiently.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
