What You'll Bring:
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- 1-3 years of long-term care experience preferred
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with residents, families, and coworkers
