We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations, support staff, and ensure exceptional resident care in our skilled nursing facility.
Oversee daily operations of your assigned nursing unit
Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulations
Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams
Monitor staffing, scheduling, and performance
Assist with admissions, discharges, and clinical documentation
Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment
Active RN license (Virginia)
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Passion for resident-centered care
