UT Urgent Care Clinic has provided medical care for acute illnesses and minor injuries to Knoxville, TN and surrounding counties since 2007. UT Urgent Care is seeking an experienced, well-qualified Patient Service Representative (PSR) for our Sevierville location, who must be a team player and comfortable working in a fast pace urgent care environment.
A successful candidate will be expected to perform the following duties but not limited to:

Greet patients and assist with patient requests upon arrival to clinic

Obtain and record demographic, insurance and financial information

Collect co-pay, co-insurances and past due balances

Verify insurance eligibility and ability to relay relevant information on payment policies.

Answer multi-line telephone, relay patient messages to clinical team members
Position Highlights:

Flexible Schedule: 36-hour work week scheduled between 3 shifts per week, with option for overtime pay (1.5 x hour)

Hours: 12-hour weekday shift, 9AM-9PM & 9-hour weekend shift, 9AM-6PM

Shift Differential: Up to $2.00 per hour
