Plaintiff personal injury litigation attorney, 2+ years experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cases from intake through settlement and/or litigation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demands.
- Carry out depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Appear at hearings and court proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Work with paralegals and support staff to resolve cases.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
