Delivery Driver – Package Delivery (Cargo Van/SUV Preferred) – W-2 Employee
Job Description:TB Courier Group is hiring dependable and professional Delivery Drivers to safely deliver packages to residential and business customers. We provide reliable last-mile delivery services and are looking for responsible drivers who take pride in safety, accuracy, and customer service.
Preferred Vehicle:
- Cargo vans, vans, SUVs, and other larger vehicles are preferred due to package volume.
- Vehicles must be reliable, clean, and properly maintained.
- Vehicle approval is required before starting deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages safely and on time
- Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions
- Load, organize, and secure packages
- Maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide professional customer service
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery updates or issues
- Follow all company safety and delivery procedures
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle (cargo van, van, or SUV preferred)
- Must pass a background check
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to lift and carry packages
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
