Commercial Cleaning Contract Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, reliable commercial cleaning company to provide recurring janitorial and specialized healthcare cleaning services for our busy medical clinic and ambulatory surgery center.
The ideal company has experience cleaning healthcare facilities and understands the importance of infection prevention, attention to detail, and maintaining a clean, professional environment for patients and staff.
Scope of Services
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Daily cleaning and disinfection of patient exam rooms
- Cleaning of provider offices, administrative offices, waiting areas, hallways, and reception spaces
- Restroom cleaning and sanitization
- Breakroom and staff area cleaning
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all flooring surfaces
- Trash and regulated waste removal in accordance with healthcare guidelines
- Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces throughout the facility
- Restocking paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies (facility supplied)
- Periodic buffing and stripping/waxing of floors
- Periodic shampooing of carpets
Ambulatory Surgery Center Cleaning
The selected company must have experience providing cleaning services for healthcare or surgical environments, including:
- Terminal cleaning of operating and procedure rooms following daily surgical cases
- Cleaning and disinfecting pre-op and recovery areas
- Cleaning surgical support spaces and high-touch equipment surfaces
- Following established infection prevention protocols and manufacturer recommendations for approved disinfectants
- Maintaining documentation of completed cleaning when requested
Experience cleaning ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, outpatient surgical facilities, or other medical environments is strongly preferred.
Contractor Qualifications
We are looking for a company that:
