Duties
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets across retail stores and e-commerce platforms
- Develop comprehensive product descriptions that highlight features and benefits to attract customers both online and in-store
- Oversee retail store housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
- Implement effective sales strategies by analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Maintain accurate record keeping of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote products through online retail channels and in-store displays
Skills
- Must be familiar with Face Book Marketplace and social media marketing
- Strong product description writing skills to craft compelling online listings and promotional content
- Retail store experience with a solid understanding of retail environment housekeeping standards
- Experience in e-commerce platforms and online retail management
- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales analysis
- Excellent communication skills for engaging customers and collaborating with team members
- Familiarity with POS systems for transaction processing and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Customer service expertise with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences in both physical stores and online environments
