Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car wash facility. The Site Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance with our technician.
- Lead and motivate a team of car wash attendants to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce costs.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers, increase membership sales, and drive revenue growth.
- Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Grow our membership club through selling and training
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the car wash, retail, or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of car wash operations, equipment, and maintenance procedures is a plus.
